Training principles are constantly improved upon in our fast paced world. Speed and agility training has benefited a lot from this trend. Sports vision training is truly one of the biggest discoveries in speed and agility training. I think it is funny that the old saying: “keep your eye on the ball” has become an actual, measurable, improvable feat.
